How it works
You'll download one small program, open it, and read two short codes — an ID and a password — to your HillFi technician. They'll connect to your screen so they can see what you see and help directly. Nothing gets installed on your computer.
Step 1 — Download the program
Click the button below. The download is about 24 MB and takes a few seconds.
Step 2 — Open the downloaded file

Open your Downloads folder (or click the file in your browser's downloads bar).

Double-click the file to run it.
If Windows shows a blue warning ("Windows protected your PC"), click More info, then Run anyway. This is normal — Windows just doesn't recognize the file yet.
Step 3 — Read off the codes
A small window will open with your ID and password shown on it. Tell your HillFi technician both numbers — that's all they need to connect.
When they ask to connect, click Accept.
Step 4 — When you're done
Just close the window. Nothing is left running, and nothing is installed on your computer.
